How We Do It
CPLC’s Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs empower every child—regardless of background or circumstance—to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Through comprehensive early education, nutrition, health services, and family engagement, we nurture children during their most critical developmental years, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and success.
Our Head Start, Early Head Start, and Migrant & Seasonal Head Start programs provide safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environments tailored to each child’s and family’s unique needs—building strong foundations for brighter futures.
Our Programs
Head Start
We offer full-day early childhood education for low-income children ages 3 to 5. In a safe and engaging environment, children build the academic, social, and emotional skills needed for school readiness, while families receive support through health, nutrition, and parent involvement services.
Early Head Start
This service serves low-income families with children from birth to age 3, providing full-day, year-round care. Infants and toddlers thrive in nurturing settings that support early learning, health, and development, with a strong emphasis on building strong family connections from the start.
Migrant & Seasonal Head Start
We deliver full-day, year-round educational and care services to children ages 0 to 5 from agricultural working families. Designed to support the unique needs of migrant and seasonal communities, the program promotes school readiness while offering stability and developmental support for young learners.
